At MLK Abilities Inc., we are committed to delivering high-quality training and services. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for courses, camps, and other activities.
General Policy
We do not sell physical products. All sales made through MLK Abilities Inc. involve services, such as training programs, workshops, tactical courses, camps, and coaching. Therefore, refund conditions may vary depending on the type of service booked, the logistics involved, and our operating partners.
All bookings made online through Singenuity or any authorized platform are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of registration.
Refunds and Cancellations
Unless otherwise stated on the specific course or program page:

Cancellations requested more than 14 days prior to the start of the course may be eligible for a partial refund, credit, or rescheduling option.

Cancellations within 14 days of the course start date may not be eligible for a refund due to instructor scheduling, staff commitments, and limited participant spots.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are not refundable.

For certain special events, bootcamps, or certification programs, no refunds are offered due to limited space and upfront costs. These conditions will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
If applicable, administrative or rebooking fees may be charged. A restocking or processing fee of up to 20% may apply in the following cases:

Late cancellations without sufficient notice

Unjustified refund requests outside the allowed period

Disruptive behavior, breach of conduct, or safety violations leading to removal from the activity
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mlkabilities.com.
Special Notes on External Registration (Singenuity)
MLK Abilities Inc. uses Singenuity as a third-party platform for course registration and payment processing. You agree to any platform-specific terms when registering through their interface. Please review your course confirmation email and terms shown at checkout for any event-specific cancellation or refund policies.
Transfers & Rescheduling
In some cases, you may request to transfer your registration to another course date. Approval will depend on:

Nature of the course (some certifications or seasonal camps cannot be moved)
