Our mission is to empower responsible, law-abiding individuals with the skills and knowledge necessary to protect themselves and their communities safely and ethically.
Important Notice: The training and information provided by MLK Abilities Inc. are intended strictly for lawful, defensive, and professional purposes only. The misuse of any skills or techniques taught for unlawful, violent, extremist, or malicious purposes is expressly prohibited. MLK Abilities Inc. disclaims all liability for any illegal use or harm resulting from participation in our courses.

All activities conducted in Canada follow federal and provincial legislation, including:

State and Local Laws: Vary by location; participants are responsible for understanding their jurisdiction’s rules regarding weapons, self-defense, and tactical training
All courses emphasize responsible and legal exercise of skills. Participants are trained to respect these frameworks and use their knowledge safely and within the law.
Training Equipment & Safety
We exclusively use inert, non-lethal training equipment in controlled environments. Firearms training, when offered, is strictly coordinated with authorized law enforcement or military professionals and complies with all applicable laws and permits.
Participant Eligibility & Vetting
To maintain a safe and ethical learning environment, MLK Abilities Inc. reserves the right to:

Screen applicants, including conducting criminal background checks when required

Refuse or cancel enrollment of any individual who poses a legal, safety, or ethical risk

Require participants to certify their commitment to lawful use of training and adherence to all policies
Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate removal from courses without refund. If a participant is found to pose a risk to public safety or if threats, extremist behavior, or intentions of unlawful use are detected, MLK Abilities Inc. reserves the right to report such individuals to the appropriate legal or law enforcement authorities.

All training materials, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by MLK Abilities Inc. are protected and proprietary. Participants may not share, reproduce, or use course content for commercial or instructional purposes without explicit written authorization.
Legal Integrity Declaration
All participants must acknowledge and agree before enrollment:
“I certify that I am participating in this training for lawful, personal development or professional reasons only. I understand that any misuse of the training, techniques, or knowledge, or any violation of Canadian laws including those related to unlawful military training, will have legal consequences. I agree to fully comply with all applicable laws and MLK Abilities Inc. policies.”
Third-Party Services
MLK Abilities Inc. uses third-party service providers for registration, payment, and course management. These providers comply with applicable privacy and security laws. Refund policies and terms may vary by course and provider. Please review course-specific policies carefully before booking.
