The Mixed Training & Combative System (MTC) is an innovative structured program designed to build strength, resilience, adaptability, and practical skills. It blends functional fitness, natural movement, and combative fundamentals to make you fit, proficient, and useful, whether in sport, life, or unpredictable situations.

WHAT IS THE MTC SYSTEM?
The MTC system program offers a holistic approach to fitness by combining multiple disciplines such as:
- ✅ Functional Fitness & ATG Techniques – Build full-body strength, mobility, and joint health.
- ✅ Natural Movement Training – Master lifting, carrying, vaulting, jumping, and climbing.
- ✅ Combative Fundamentals – Learn striking, defensive movements, and grappling for confidence and personal safety
- ✅ Immersive, High-Intensity Circuits – Push your limits with structured training for power, endurance, and practical skills.
HOW LOOKS LIKE A CLASS:
Our training follows a structured yet adaptable approach, designed to keep you engaged, supported, and constantly improving. Each session revolves around two to three circuit schemes:
- ✅ Circuit 01: Volume (Strength & Mobility) – Build structural balance, mobility, and resilience through ATG and functional exercises that improve full-body control and injury prevention.
- ✅ Circuit 02: Intensity (Power & Conditioning) – Develop explosive power, endurance, cardio and agility with combat-inspired movements, conditioning drills, and real life applications like carrying, lifting, climbing, and controlled impact work.
- ✅ Circuit 03 (Weekends): Scenario Based Circuit – Train for real-life movement scenarios by combining strength, endurance, and combative techniques in flow-based, situational circuits.

JEFF
Founder of MLK Abilities and The Okanagan Warriors Adventure, brings decades of diverse experience in athletics, martial arts, and elite military training.
- American Football: 11 years of American football in France and Canada, including the French National Team (World and European Championships) and Canada’s semi-pro leagues.
- Martial Arts: Over 8 years in Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). With a Fight Record of 3-1.
- Military Experience: Former French SAS Special Forces with expertise in tactical operations, combatives, and conditioning.
- Coaching Expertise: Experienced coach in gyms, sports teams (football), personal training, obstacle course and tactical instruction.
Jeff is dedicated to helping people be ready and prepared in every aspects: physically, mentally, and practically, empowering them to face life’s challenges with confidence.
MARTY
College Professor and seasoned educator / mentor with expertise in sports, strength and mobility training, combatives, movement systems, and nutrigenomics.
- ATG L2 Coach: Specializing in pain-free, scalable strength and mobility with structural balance and full-range motion.
- MovNat L2: Focused on mastering human movement, including ground techniques, locomotion, climbing, and combatives.
- Nutrigenomics Practitioner: Over a decade of experience using DNA analysis to create personalized, actionable health strategies.
- Supplement Formulator & Consultant: Extensive experience in dietary formulations and nutrient optimization.
- Adapt Academy Mentee: Four years in a program combining functional medicine with an ancestral approach.

- 4 week membership
- (a 1-week trial option is available with subsequent 3-week option)
- Next Full program starts Tuesday February 4th and ends Sunday March 2nd
- Programs run Beginning of October to end of April annually

- Fridays: 6:40 PM – 7:40 PM
- Sundays: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM – (Till 12 PM for open mat)
